兩人1995相識於維也納，2004在巴黎重遇，2013年他們來到浪漫的希臘，此時的傑西與席，人生已有了新的關係與問題。在開車、晚餐、漫步之間，他們繼續探討愛情的真諦，卻已折衝於難以卸下的責任、夢想與現實之間，有著愛侶皆有的互相傷害與跌跌撞撞。距首次相遇十八年後，兩人的未來式究竟如何？號稱三部曲「最終回」，新舊影迷皆不可錯過的美麗完結篇。

Nine years after Before Sunset, Jesse and Celine live together raising twin daughters. Jesse attempts to maintain a relationship with Hank, his teenage son from his first marriage, but their bond is strained even though Hank has just spent the summer with his dad and step-family.
