六個加起來超過三百歲的熱血老爸，組了一個超齡大叔搖滾樂團「睏熊霸」，目標是站上海洋音樂祭的舞台！這群老爸們來自不同背景，但其實家裡都有著患罕見疾病的孩子。在工作、家庭與睡眠中，堅持擠出時間練團學樂器，只因這是他們最能得到紓解的時刻！台灣男人習慣在人前表現堅強，痛苦與壓力自己扛，就像月球總以光亮面示人，但陰暗的那一面永遠只有自己承受。導演黃嘉俊曾以《飛行少年》獲2008台北電影節最佳紀錄片，這次他透過鏡頭提醒大家，別忘了老爸們也有溫柔與夢想。

Though from different backgrounds, 6 middle-aged men try to form a rock band and hit the stage of a major music festival against other young musicians. The other thing they have in common is their kids battling rare diseases. Torn between daily work, families, and band rehearsals, their dream is no less difficult than landing on the moon…
