不明原因的人口大量死亡，連科學家也無解，但唯一知道的是每個人確切的死亡時間。女子在生命即將消逝的那一日，遇見了跨海而來的男子，他們決定共處幾小時，彼此分享並回憶著自己的過去。女子逝去的家庭與愛人、男子帶著神秘藥丸的故事⋯各自的人生緩緩流洩而出。然而那天，也正是女子的生日，他們試圖創造一些浪漫，卻也同時面對著不停倒數的生命。

Ninety percent of the human race has been wiped out in six months and nobody knows what kills them. People flock to the city for a peaceful death and a sliver of hope. Here, a girl tries to embrace her death after losing her family and lover. However, she meets a man who crossed the ocean with a mysterious pill of life. The last day till the end of the world, they agree to spend the last five hours together...
