阿公跟阿嬤的一段不了情，源自台語片最夯的年代。曾為王牌編劇的阿公總愛向八年級生的孫女小婕誇耀當年「台灣好萊塢」的風光；當阿嬤的失憶症日漸嚴重，分不清現實與夢境，她竟自稱是台語片巨星「萬寶龍」的太太。直到阿公向小婕說起當年一段比電影情節更離奇曲折的愛情故事，孫女才漸漸了解阿嬤為何對此人念念不忘⋯⋯。

When her filmmaker grandfather lands in hospital, 18-year-old Jie has him recount the love story between him and her grandmother. Told in sweetly-campy flashbacks and semi-animated inserts, this nostalgic comedy set during the 1960s heyday of Taiwanese cinema is a love letter to Taiwan’s history as much as it is a romance for the ages.
