米雪是個台北女孩，她怕太陽曬黑，連海灘漫步都要手執蕾絲陽傘；阿育黝黑健壯，是個喜歡說冷笑話、熱愛工作的救生員。他們風馬牛不相及，卻因為一張離婚證書而冤家路窄，西子灣的浪花，有機會突破迥然不同的價值觀，帶來愛情的可能嗎？《運轉手之戀》導演陳以文睽違大銀幕新作，他把對風帆與海洋的熱愛，為夏天帶來應景浪漫喜劇。新人金小曼扮刁蠻女友，演技自然的龍劭華、丁也恬飾父母，最驚喜的是吳中天，他從外型到表演，儼然就是「台版海灘男孩」，形象轉變成功。

Michelle’s life takes an unexpected turn when her mother sends her to get her father to sign the divorce agreement. They thought her mission could be completed in a day, but as the father’s right hand gets injured upon her arrival, Michelle stays with him for days. She is attracted to Yu who is bursting with vitality and optimism. But on the other hand, her mother who has a penchant for fashion and luxuries, together with her boyfriend, Tony, remind her of a set of values which demonstrate a sharp contrast to those held by her father and Yu….
